CPI Property Group has prepared another project for the complete reconstruction of the shopping center — Spektrum in Čestlice. This time, the modern building will be grounded and replaced by a modern “strip-mall” with a very pleasant atmosphere for demanding clientele from nearby satellite towns. Regular small shopping, great service, pleasant sitting in the café or in the park with children's playground. Part of the project is a new logo, including a manual from our workshop. Openning expected in 2020.
